Amaresh Tripathy is an experienced professional in the field of decision-making, with a strong passion for leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and smart software to enhance human judgment. With a track record of success, he has founded, built, and scaled analytics and decision-making capabilities, driving double-digit growth for renowned management consultancies.  Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Business Leader at Genpact, Amaresh leads a team of 9,000 data analytics and AI professionals, overseeing one of the world's largest capabilities in the industry. At the forefront of technological advancements, he is responsible for driving rapid commercial growth in analytics, AI, and cloud business. A strong advocate of collaboration within the analytics community, Amaresh actively engages with industry events and contributes to whitepapers on topics such as predictive analytics and fostering evidence-based decision-making cultures within organizations. He is committed to sharing knowledge and insights to advance the field.  Before his current position, Amaresh served as a Partner at PwC, where he played a pivotal role in leading and scaling the data and analytics business for the firm in North America. Amaresh collaborated with Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including healthcare, retail, consumer goods, and communications, helping them institutionalize analytics and leverage data analysis for strategic and operational decision-making.  Amaresh serves as an Adjunct Professor and was the founding chair of the School of Data Science’s Advisory Board. His dedication to academia further demonstrates his commitment to nurturing future talent and shaping the next generation of data science professionals.  Amaresh holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Transportation Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
