Biography: Dr. Chen's expertise covers performance improvement of pavements and applications of Building Information Modeling in design and construction. As Principal Investigator, he has secured over $2 M in external funding and generated more than 30 publications. Dr. Chen has served as an editorial board member for technical journals and as Lead Proceedings Editor for international conferences.
